Swedish massage is the most commonly offered and best-known type of massage.  If it is your first time to the spa, this is the perfect place to start.  Swedish massage uses gliding strokes and light to firm pressure.

Prenatal Massage focuses on the needs of the mother -to-be.  While providing emotional support and nurturing, it provides relaxation by releivieng stress on joins, easing neck and back pain, helping to keep good posture.

Deep Tissue deep tissue massage therapy is used to release chronic patterns of muscle tension using slow strokes, direct pressure, or friction usually on the problem area.  This technique is used in sports massage and physical therapy.
